Ziplock Bags
Is it economical to wash and reuse larger ziplock bags assuming you use a touch of dish soap and say a gallon?
of water to clean one for reuse. Or would the cost of the water and soap exceed the price of a bag.
costwise.... maybe. But, ziplock bags are non-biodegradable. The tole they take on the Earth is far greater than the extra pennies we put out to wash and reuse them.
Recycling is actually more expensive than starting from scratch. but you have to look at the balance. Is it worth it to spend extra for the good of our Earth??? My answer is yes, but it is your right to form your own opinion.
