What Would Be a good computer program to make police car graphics?
i would like to know what computer program that would work to take a picture of say for example a NYPD cruiser and take the graphics and make them for a toy model police car and have the graphics printed on waterslide decal paper ? if u can help please advise
I would use Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.
Illustrator would be better for "screen" printing or what they call vector artwork. Think t-shirt art, stickers, signs and non-photo artwork.
Photoshop would create terrific photo quality artwork pieces. Most artwork would be photo quality, and what they call four color process artwork.
You really might want both. They work hand in hand with each other. I do graphic design for a living, so I would be lost without either. It's like asking me to pick which foot I could go without- I want both.
