Split Medium

I need cute medium length hair pictures?

I want to cut my hair. Mine is long, thick and has lots of split ends. I just need a change, and I want to lose some inches. I want it below the shoulders though, and not thick or poofy. If someone can find any pictures of medium length, straight hair I will love you forever. I have looked and can't find anything. Please help? If you give me a link to a cute one, you get best answer.
