Soy Tarts

Are these candies VEGETARIAN?

(Not vegan, but vegetarian)

Sugar Daddies
Laffy Taffy (the ingredients say that the lecithin is from soy, but im not sure)
tootsie rolls
sweet tarts
milky way
reeses
dum dums suckers
almond joy
starburst(im pretty sure that they are)
super bublbe bubble gum
twix
double bubble

things I got in my trick or treat bag, or should i say pillow case?
I said I was pretty sure starburst ARE vegetarian...I meant AREN'T!!!!!!! Sorry!

I did research on this for the same reason....bag full of candy but unsure what to eat.

This site is something you should look at.

On that site, it says (quote) "Mars' top competitor, Hershey's, has pledged not to fund or conduct experiments on animals. Other major food corporations—including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Ocean Spray, Welch's, and POM Wonderful—have also publicly ended animal tests after hearing from PETA." (end quote) so the candy/beverages from those companies don't have any animal products.

Stay away from candies that contain gelatin, which is made of animal tissue, such as starburst and skittles.

It's hard being a true vegetarian, isn't it?
