Where can I buy polymer scrap clay other than ebay?

Condition of clay doesn't matter. It can be hard as a brick

Check with local craft stores in your area. Talk to the manager and see if she will work something out when she has stock that has gone bad. It may be cheaper to discount it. We have Michaels that offers 50% to 40% off one regular item once a week. Also here in Illinois there is Hobby Lobby that does the same. Check online. Yes ebay will jack you up.
