What color curtains would you use to go with a set of Chinese brocade slip covers for a sofa?
I found I really like fabric in a fuchsia color with white flowers, and fabric design in white on white pillows to go with it. I do not really want to make curtains of the same white fabric because it is a bit expensive. I'm wanting something colorful for the show and I'm thinking of a blue carpet of forget-me ..... I do not think I can have another strong color, but I can not understand what kind of fabric used for curtains that would appropriate to go with the brocade. Do you have any ideas? Not too expensive .... I keep wishing for a bit of cheap cotton ... but even that is bleached muslin low level ...... perhaps a white polished cotton ????? I never put those colors together before. Hello peace and love, It really depends on the color of your walls, if you have a soft off white walls i would go for heavy cotton curtains bright fuchsia with a border trim of fuchsia and white, then use a pure white underneath. stratification and borders is a good look strong. Otherwise, you can opt for one or fuchsia shade pale lilac walls with heavy curtains and a plate textured white fabric you with flowers on the curtains - preferably in a contrasting silk. enjoy decorating!
