How do I use a dremel/rotary tool to cut a pipe?

I need to cut a 1.50" x 12" Sink Tailpiece pipe. I DO NOT want to cut it completely in half, (I would use a pipe cutter for that) I just need to cut out a slot out of it. I want to know what kind of bit to use in my dremel to safely cut it out.

Use a cutoff wheel to cut through the metal. The EZ476 is made to cut into plastic, the EZ456 is made to cut into metal. Both is to be used with the EZ402 EZ lock mandrel.
