Rit Dye

If you use Rit Dye to dye a shirt, will it effect any logo that might be on it?

I have lots of shirts that I've worn while bleaching my hair, and sometimes it leaves bleach spots. I was an idiot and didn't use the same shirt every time of course. Anyway, if I use a packet of Rit Dye to renew the color in the shirt, will it dye over the logo on the shirt?
Or do I need to dye it by hand?

Rit will not dye polyester.

If the shirt is cotton and the logo is screen printed or plastic, the logo won't be affected.
