Any Ways to Make Hair Grow FAST?

I have hair about 3 inches past my shoulders, I want it to be to the bottom of my rib cage, it looks wavy when its long and pretty, so I really want it to grow out, what can i do?
I stopped using any heat tools

I am willing to try anything
any natural remedies?
does braiding help it grow faster?..... I have heard that......
