Pre Cut

How long do I cook pre-cut marinated pork in the crock pot?

I'm cooking Carne Adovada, which is a mexican dish of just pork marinated in red chile. The local butcher sells the raw pork already marinated ready to cool. I just want to know how long I should cook it for. Also, if you happen to know how I can cook that in the oven? -BTW I live in New Mexico, lots of mexican food here :)
Above, it should say the local butcher sells it "all ready to cook," not "all ready to cool."

The previous answer sounds good, though if you are going to shred the pork in the traditional Mexican fashion you may not want to brown it. If you are not going to shred it then brown away. You do need to know that crook pots are like microwaves, the high and lows are not at all similar between any manufactures so the heat is always different. you should always check the temperature with a meat thermometer when you think it is getting close. Carne Adovada is something that I have cooked a few times my self and it is great!! I have always slow roasted the meat in the oven using a cast iron dutch oven to put the meat in. If you want a little less moisture you can take the lid off your dutch oven and it will turn our more like a carnie seca, which seem more authentic, and I like it that way.
