How to use a pattern pgn Icon?

I downloaded a pack of Pattern pgn Icons but I don't know how to use them. When I finished the download they opened with PowerDesk, and there I can only see the icons, I cannot use them.

Any help would be great!

You run the program and click on the icon.It will work.
