What is an alternative to the home of a pen nail art?
I'll do my nails tomorrow and I just see a nice idea I really want to try. It uses a black pen nail art, but I can not go to the store and get one. I have the black nail polish while how do I get fine lines with this?
A toothpick is good, or a pin of crazy if you need to make points or tear forms of deposit.
