Moulds Mould
I am making vodka jellies and can't get them out of the moulds - do u have any hints?
I am making vodka jellies and I can't get the jelly out of the moulds (I am using ice cube moulds) does anyone have hints for getting the jellies out of the mould after they set without breaking?
Just set the mould in a tray of hot water for 1 or two mins to loosen up the jelly from the edges of the mould then genly demould.
