Mold Candy
Getting chocolate out of a candy mold.?
I am using molds to create chocolate shapes for a party. I have made several batches and have had no problems getting the chocolate out after they have hardened. I made somelast night, went to take them out this morning and they won't come out. The molds are similar to ice cube trays-same toughness and thickness plastic. Anyway to get my chocolate out so I can make more without breaking them!?

Try setting the set chocolates in the freezer for five minutes or so, then try to pop them out of the molds. The cold will cause them to shrink slightly, which should make them release easier.
