Mallet Hammer
Can I use a hammer in place of a meat mallet?
I'm about to make stir fried chicken and broccoli but I don't have a meat mallet. Can a hammer be used in place of that?
BTW: The meat will be wrapped in saran wrap and placed in a ziploc bag
you can use a hammer or a frying pan to flatten the meat cover with saran wrap first
