Has anyone heard of an artist named Kenneth W. Chapman?

Not Kenneth M. Chapman, who did Native American art. I bought a couple of prints of pen and ink drawings of botanicals called "Flowers of North America," signed by the artist. There's a label on the back with the logo for Vanguard Studios, Beverly Hills, and the artist is Kenneth W. Chapman. It's probably pretty generic, but I'd like to at least place it as far as year and what other stuff this artist has done.
