How do I make longboard carving/sliding knee pads?

okay I already know how to make longboard gloves and I know how to do better tricks with it I decided it is time to make kneepads i figured it is harder to make the pads because they supposed to be curved like a bowl but cutting boards are flat and I want to know how to make and use it instead of paying $20-$70 on the good ones

Looks to me like you have a choice between learning to work fiberglass in molds or making AB molds and heat pressing Lexan or similar high strength but heat moldable plastics.
