How can I felt over soap using angora rabbit wool?

I've been making soap for a little over a year now and a friend of mine, who raises angora rabbits, recently sent me some fiber and instructed me to try "felting" over soap.. I watched a couple of YouTube videos and felt okay with trying it, except.. it did not turn out like I hoped. Probably because every video I could find used FLEECE. I was TOLD that angora wool could be used, but HOW? I can't find a single bit of information regarding using angora wool for wet felting soap..Please help!

angora wool and angora rabbit fur are two entirely different things.
