Who do I contact if eco-systems near my town are being torn up for the sake of the almighty dollar?
A situation where a"Big Bucks" person had large pond damed off from a flowing canal and smothered like 12 tons of fish and only had to pay what it cost to take them to the dump. If I had moved so much as twig out of place, I'd be fined or in jail. who can I turn to for justice, in a town who only caters to the rich?

But in my experience, I've found that she doesn't care either.
