Foam powder on top Dream Matte?

I need a powder that stays on well and is well above the foam Dream Matte. Going use rimmel stay matte powder? Any good or what would you recommend?

I rimmel stay matte powder, it is good. Another even better is the "17" go boots, oil control powder. The compressed powder is better than I found the loose powder because it is not as cakey, disorder and a bit less.
