Do u think the in this Railway and Finace budget .. West Bengal was the biggest gainer?

In finance budget west Bengal got 1000 core for aiala and additional 400 cores for devolopment and loom industries and another cotton industry while many states got nothing . In rail way budget it was more like West Bengal Budget 2009 rather than India budget whre about 355 of the budget was f0r west Bengal..why isour Govt prefering West Bengal so Much ?What is there reason of so Much interest?

WEST BENGAL IS NOW THE 3RD largest ECONOMY only next to Maharasta ( 13% GDP share) and UP ( 8.2% GDP share) , while West Bengal( 7.8% GDP share ) ...this types of pacages will help to make WEST BENGAL economy to cross UP's economy may be thats why.
