Contact Paper

Is there an easy way to cover comp notebooks with contact paper?

I am trying to cover my the composition notebooks that my class decorated, but I am so frustrated with this peel and stick laminate! Help!

I don't know how you're trying to go about it, but I've found that the easiest way is to cut the paper to size then peel the paper off the back a bit at a time as you cover the notebook. Getting the paper straight relative to the notebook before you start is key, that will set the whole thing up for success. After you've got it started, sort of roll the notebook on the table and the contact paper will wrap around it. Then it's just a matter of keeping it pulled tightly so it doesn't bubble up.
