Acid Testing

Can anyone suggest an innovative way to control the concentration of ascorbic acid?

Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C, a reducing agent that is easily oxidized. A cheap and easy way would be good.

Cheap and easy can not be innovative. Chemists have made the analysis of ascorbic acid for decades and I do not think you will come to a science project type test others just have not tried before. Spectrophotometric iodometric titration and HPLC analysis are common. A method actually Innovative is the construction of a specific ion selective electrode for ascorbic acid (or ascorbate ion) or perhaps immunofluorescence analysis.
